Missing or damaged luggage

​If luggage does not arrive as expected in baggage reclaim, report this immediately to the airline representative or ground handling agent at the Baggage Enquiry Desk, opposite carousel 2. Arrangements will be made for the luggage to be forwarded to your home or booked accommodation once it arrives.

Damage to luggage must also be reported to the Baggage Enquiry Desk.

Baggage handling and the subsequent delivery of any lost items to you is the responsibility of the airline and its appointed ground handling agent.
