This service is provided by Ports of Jersey Security Ltd. All items are security screened before being held for your convenience. The facility is located in the Departures Terminal opposite the Coffee Shop.
£3.00 per item, per 24 hours or part thereof. Payment is made to the security agent on duty at the time of handing in the item(s).
Due to security restrictions, Ports of Jersey Customer Relations is unable to accept any items for storage and later collection.
Missing or Damaged Luggage
If your luggage does not arrive as expected in baggage reclaim, report this immediately to the airline representative or ground handling agent at the Baggage Enquiry Desk, opposite carousel 2. Arrangements will be made for the luggage to be forwarded to your home or booked accommodation once it arrives.
Damage to luggage must also be reported to the airline representative or ground handling agent at the Baggage Enquiry Desk prior to leaving the airport.
Baggage handling and the subsequent delivery of any lost items to you is the responsibility of the airline and its appointed ground handling agent.
If you lose personal items while at Jersey Airport, please go to the central security search boarding-pass desk in the Departures Terminal where a security agent will be able to assist you.
If you believe you have lost/misplaced items following your visit to Jersey Airport, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that our security team cannot assist with enquiries relating to lost property left on aircrafts. Please refer to the information below.
If you believe you have left personal belongings on-board an aircraft, you must contact the airline or its appointed ground handling agent as soon as possible.
Items found by Ports of Jersey and/or its agents will either be disposed of or donated to charity if not claimed by its owner within three months. Ports of Jersey accepts no responsibility for any lost items.
