Airport passengers asked for feedback
From Jersey Airport
17th November 2022
Ports of Jersey is improving the way passenger feedback is collected and managed, to support improvements to the passenger experience at Jersey Airport. Today, a campaign that encourages airport passengers to share their feedback has been launched.
The passenger feedback mechanism asks passengers to give their views on any aspect of their experience in the terminal, whether it’s an enquiry, suggestion, compliment, or complaint.
Passengers travelling through Jersey Airport will be able to submit their comments online, via a short feedback survey, or by completing one of the paper forms which they can find around the departures building.
The Head of Passenger Services, Maria Le Tiec, said: “Passenger feedback is vital so we can make sure that we’re continually improving the services we deliver, and the experience of passengers travelling through our airport. Our new feedback mechanism asks people to share their enquiries, suggestions, compliments or complaints so we can understand the needs of our passengers and responding accordingly.
“With Christmas approaching and a significant increase in passengers travelling between mid-November and the start of 2023, the airport will be busier than usual. I’d like to encourage passengers who have views on any aspect of the services we provide in the terminal to complete a passenger feedback form. Forms can be found online at ports.je/feedback, or paper copies can be picked up at various locations around departures.”
The feedback initiative will first be launched at the airport, and then introduced at the harbour in 2023.
Passengers who have feedback about an airline, including delays or cancellations, should continue to contact their airline directly.
