Family area
We have a dedicated family area in the Departures Hall after security, where families can relax, draw, and read a selection of books before their flights.
The area has been created with advice and support from the charity Brighter Futures, who will be part of a group advising on the development of the main departure lounge later this year.
Charging zone
Passengers can plug in, power up and relax. Equipped with plug and USB sockets, shelving and chairs, all passengers need is their charger.
Executive Lounge: British Airways passengers
The Executive Lounge is located next to Gate 2 in the airside passenger pier and is a third party lounge operated by ASCIL.
This lounge is open to Club Europe passengers, together with Gold or Silver Executive Club card members.

- Thursday 5:30am to 8:00pm

Global Blue – Tax Free shopping
Visitors can now claim back Good and Services Tax (GST) using the self-service Global Blue kiosks.
The kiosks are located after Security. Walk though World Duty Free and the kiosks are on the right hand side next to the Multi-faith room.
Please keep your purchases in your hand luggage. You will also need you need your Global Blue Tax Free form and your passport.

Cash facilities
There is a cash dispenser machine once you go through central security, before you go through to your boarding gate. It issues UK Sterling for which there is no handling fee.
There is one cash dispenser machine in arrivals terminal, which dispenses Jersey currency only (Jersey currency has the same monetary value of UK Sterling).
Multi-faith room
A small multi-faith room is situated on the ground floor of the airside departures lounge, adjacent to the doors leading to the passenger pier and departure gates.
All departing passengers are welcome to use this facility for quiet prayer or contemplation.
Dogs and cats
Guide and hearing assistance dogs are allowed in the Airport. They must be kept on a lead at all times.
Blue Islands Pet transport
If you are flying with your dog or cat on Blue Islands, you must make sure your:
- dog or cat is a maximum of 23kg
- dog is muzzled at all times
- dog or cat is kept in your own IATA approved pet carrier at all times when in the terminal and at the departure gate
- carrier does not exceed 90 x 60 x 75cm (LxWxH) and 23kg, including your dog or cat

Medical first aid
If you feel unwell or injure yourself during your time at Jersey Airport, please approach a member of staff who will call for assistance.
If necessary, the Jersey Airport Rescue and Fire Service or the States of Jersey Ambulance Service will be called upon to provide further medical assistance.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided throughout Jersey Airport. To use, select ‘Ports of Jersey Public Wi-Fi’ from the list of available options.
Smoking
In accordance with the smoking policy in all public buildings and workplaces, smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere inside the terminals and only in designated areas outside the buildings.
There are no smoking facilities in the departure lounge.
Baggage trolleys
Complimentary baggage trolleys are provided throughout the airport, but cannot be taken through central security search.
They must not be taken off Airport premises.
