Missing or damaged luggage
If your luggage does not arrive as expected at baggage reclaim you need to report it to the airline representative or ground handling agent at the Baggage Enquiry Desk, opposite carousel 2 in the Arrivals Hall.
Damage to luggage must also be reported to the airline representative or ground handling agent before you leave the Airport.
If no-one is at the desk, please fill in the form provided on the desk or go to Desk 17 in the Departures Terminal to see a representative.
Baggage handling and delivery of any lost items is the responsibility of the airline and its appointed ground handling agent.
