Customer Relations, Post Office and Bureau de Change
A member of our highly skilled Customer Relations Team is always available to provide assistance. They are based in the Departures’ Terminal adjacent to the check-in area. Available during the airport terminal opening hours, the team will endeavour to assist with all enquiries, either by telephone or in person at the desk.

Post Office facilities are available from Customer Relations in the Departures’ Terminal. It is open daily between 6am – 7pm. Due to current restrictions, everyone accessing the terminals at Jersey Airport, including those using the postal services, must wear a facemask/face shield.
Adjacent to the check-in area, a range of services is available, including the purchase of stamps and currency exchange. A Jersey Post mailbox is located in this area. Please note only Jersey stamps can be used to post items from Jersey as UK stamps are not valid.
The Post Office also sells postal stationary, such as jiffy envelopes, postal boxes and airmail envelopes.
Bureau de Change
There are no handling fees or commission charges to pay when purchasing foreign currency at Jersey Airport. We recommend that you contact us in advance of travelling to arrange your foreign currency order to ensure sufficient currencies are available.
We also offer a free money changing service, changing Jersey notes into English notes, up to a maximum of £50 per group/family.
Excess baggage postal service
To avoid the costs levied by airlines for excess baggage, you may consider sending your items through our postal service. Rates are competitive and savings could be made.
