Jersey International Air Display – restricted air space

From Jersey Airport
13th September 2023

The 2023 Jersey International Air Display is here and various display aircraft will be operating in/out of Jersey Airport, and around the coastline, from Wednesday 13th to Saturday 16th September.

We would like to make people aware that access to Jersey’s Airspace will be restricted during certain periods in the interest of flight safety.

The Director of Civil Aviation has established Restricted Airspace for the times shown below. During these times the operation of any aircraft (inc. drones, model aircraft), and the use of Hang Gliders and Paragliders is prohibited, except with the express permission of Air Traffic Control. They would also like to remind everyone that, not only is it extremely dangerous, it is also an offence to direct a laser light towards any aircraft.
