- Wayfinding: Straightforward routes from gate to baggage reclaim and exit.
- Comfort: Additional seating and dwell spaces for meeting friends and family.
- Information: Clearer signs and screens for buses, taxis, car hire and onward connections.
- Local welcome: Materials and finishes that reflect and celebrate Jersey’s heritage and culture.
- Utilising the space: We are looking to utilise the space in Arrivals to better serve the Island.
