Exhibitor registration now open for the 2026 Barclays Jersey Boat Show

Published: 11 August 2025

Plans have already begun for one of the most exciting weekends in the Channel Islands calendar. Exhibitor and catering registration for the 2026 Barclays Jersey Boat Show officially opens today (Monday 11 August), and organisers are inviting marine traders, lifestyle brands, and food vendors to come aboard.

Taking place over the early May Bank Holiday weekend – from Saturday 2 to Monday 4 May 2026 – the show will once again transform St Helier Marina and Weighbridge Place into a vibrant celebration of all things nautical.

Now in its 19th year, the Barclays Jersey Boat Show continues to be the largest free-entry public event in the Channel Islands, drawing crowds of more than 30,000 visitors. The 2025 Show saw a fantastic turnout with 71 landside exhibitors, 31 food and drink concessions, and 47 boats on display across the marina, Albert Pier, New North Quay and Weighbridge Place.

A showcase of the best in boating

The organisers are working hard to include even more for boating enthusiasts. From sleek sailing yachts to powerful motorboats, the marina will be packed with vessels to explore.

Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or just dipping your toes into the boating lifestyle, there’s something for everyone. Visitors can enjoy on-water demonstrations, interactive displays in Geomarine’s Outdoor and Active Zone and the Military Village, and a wide range of marine and lifestyle exhibitors.

Towards a greener boat show

The 2026 Barclays Jersey Boat Show is delighted to continue its journey towards greater sustainability by becoming a single-use plastic free event. As one of the largest public events in the Channel Islands, the Boat Show is proud to lead the way.

As part of this commitment, all caterers will be required to use reusable or sustainable cups, cutlery, plates, and bowls. To support this initiative, we hope to see the return of the popular Boat Show-branded reusable cups – helping visitors enjoy their refreshments while reducing waste.

The only exception may be cable ties, which are currently under review. The team is actively exploring eco-friendly alternatives that are strong and reliable enough for event use.

Returning Sponsors for 2026

The show is delighted that all key sponsors are back on board for 2026, each bringing their own unique flair to the event:

  • Geomarine Outdoor and Active Zone– showcasing activities on and off the water.
  • The Party Crew Kid’s Zone– a lively area dedicated to family fun and children’s entertainment.
  • Solent Stevedores Main Stage– the heart of the show’s live music and performances.
  • DFDS Lifestyle Zone– featuring lifestyle brands and catering for visitors to enjoy.

Family fun, food and entertainment

Alongside the boats, the Show will feature a buzzing quayside filled with delicious food stalls, artisan drinks, and live music performances in Weighbridge Place – creating a festival atmosphere for all ages.

A word from the Harbourmaster

Captain Bill Sadler, Jersey’s Harbourmaster, said: “We’re incredibly excited to welcome visitors back to the harbour for what we hope will be our biggest and most boat-filled show yet. We’re working hard to bring even more vessels to the marina in 2026, giving boating enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike the chance to get up close with a fantastic range of yachts and motorboats.

“We’re also proud to be making the show more sustainable by going single-use plastic free. From reusable cups and cutlery to exploring alternatives for cable ties, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact while still delivering a brilliant experience for everyone.

“The Barclays Jersey Boat Show continues to be a real celebration of our maritime community, and we’re grateful for the ongoing support from our sponsors, exhibitors, and the public.”
