Passengers arriving at Jersey Airport are now being greeted with a fresh new look, designed to make the airport experience more welcoming from the moment they land.
New welcome signage and upgraded aircraft stand facades have been unveiled, replacing ageing cladding and outdated visuals with bright imagery that celebrates the island and its unique identity. Visitors and returning islanders will also spot a greeting in Jèrriais, offering a distinctly local welcome from the moment they arrive.
The refreshed arrivals experience has been further enhanced through a new long-term partnership with Titan Wealth. The wealth manager, which has £44 billion in assets under management and more than 1,250 employees across eight jurisdictions, including the Channel Islands, rebranded in 2025 but has had a presence in the Channel Islands for more than 20 years.
Dale Reeson, Managing Director at Jersey Airport said: “The moment you arrive somewhere shapes your first impression, and we want people landing in Jersey to feel an immediate sense of place and a genuine welcome, whether passengers are arriving home or visiting our island. The new arrivals welcome signage celebrates so much of what makes our island special, from beautiful imagery to our local language.”
Titan Wealth’s arrival as a new advertising partner brings a fresh and modern presence to the airport while supporting Ports of Jersey’s ongoing investment in the passenger experience.
Kevin Boscher, managing director of Titan Wealth in Jersey, said: “While we have a strong presence in the Channel Islands, we have offices across the globe and so our partnership with Jersey Airport connects us with thousands of passengers every year who we can provide wealth services to, no matter where they live.
“The airport is one of the first touchpoints people experience when they arrive on the island, and we’re delighted to be part of creating a more welcoming and modern environment that reflects the confidence, ambition and character of Jersey.”
The latest improvements form part of Jersey Airport’s wider development programme, which includes the transformation of the Departure Lounge and a continued focus on enhancing the passenger experience.
